Host your event at Union Street Gallery – this contemporary art gallery and a historic building will be your backdrop! It’s the perfect venue for art lovers!

125 people standing, 75 seated
capacity can change based on the exhibit
Available Space
The main Gallery space and square footage available is subject to change at any time. Square footage available and capacity are dependent on the current exhibit. Please consult the gallery about the current exhibit during your rental event.
Rentals can only happen outside of regular gallery hours and must be during an exhibition. Please keep in mind that the artwork always comes first. We may not always know what show will be installed during your event, or how that show will impact the gallery space. Event rentals must work around exhibits.
Rentals Include:
Use of the first and second floor gallery spaces.
Six 6ft rectangular tables and 40 chairs.
Gallery Support Staff on the premises during event.
Rentals EXCLUDE:
Use of our Classroom
Access to the 3rd floor
Access to any of our artist studio spaces
Rental Rates:
$150 per hour, minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 6 hours. (Rental times do not include separate setup and cleanup time.)
$25 Equipment Fee for use of Union Street Gallery tables, chairs, and other miscellaneous tools and supplies.
Overtime hours to be charged at a rate of $100/hr.
50% of rental fees due upon the submission of completed paperwork.
$50 off of hourly rates is gladly extended to non-profit organizations with documentation.
